Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely using encrypted payment technology.
Prices are displayed inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, but any changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
If your order is declined following clinical review, a full refund will be issued within 5–10 working days to your original payment method.
Once your order has been clinically approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your treatment within 1 working day. Delivery is made via a tracked courier service to your specified UK address.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect address information provided by you, or circumstances beyond our control. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery or that a safe location is designated.
You may cancel your order prior to pharmacist approval by contacting us immediately. Once an order has been clinically approved and dispatched, we are unable to accept cancellations or process refunds, as medicines cannot be resold or returned for safety and regulatory reasons.
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will investigate and remedy the issue promptly.
We are committed to protecting your personal and medical data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your data is used solely for the purpose of delivering our healthcare services.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
